It is a pleasure to work with Storm. A copper bar I ordered was not in stock and a nice lady from customer service (Charlene) called me AND sent an email asking what I would like to do. Fantastic service, fast shipping, and good prices even for small orders. Their online store is very easy to use.

The copper sheet and bar was packed well and arrived quickly and in perfect shape. The free shipping brings the price in below that of competitors who add shipping costs.
