Returns - No Questions Asked

Simply return to us the merchandise in the original shipping carton and we will give you full credit. This policy is contingent on you returning all items purchased at the Storm Grounding Store within 30 days of the original delivery in unused, and resalable condition.

Return shipping will be paid by the buyer.

In the event the product is defective or the return is a result of our error Storm Grounding will pay shipping. If the item is returned for any other reason, you as the buyer are responsible for the return shipping costs and will be charged the return shipping. However, no returned merchandise will be accepted without Pre- Authorization by Customer Service at Storm Grounding. After, we will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item, pending inspection of our Returns Department.

Custom cut items are non-returnable.

Shipping

For oversize items not qualifying for FREE UPS Ground, shipping costs will be calculated using the current UPS Shipping Table, as log as the weight and size of your order fall within UPS limits. If an LTL delivery from a common carrier is needed, we will notify you directly and make appropriate arrangements. If your order is shipping to a construction site, make sure to include the necessary information in the shipping address fields to insure receipt at the proper location.

Most shipments are sent within 1 business days if the item is in stock.

LTL Common Carrier Deliveries To Private Residences will require an additional $72.00 charge per shipment.

Your privacy is extremely important to us. Storm Grounding will not sell or give any of your personal information (name, email address, credit card information) to anyone, under any circumstance.
